Under the slogan of “TRANSFORMATION”, Beacon has started introducing a number of reforms since January in 2017. Employees are encouraged to take parental leaves, and have work-fromhome option as well. In addition, our once-a-week breakfast and afternoon sweets service is also popular. On every Friday during summer time, employees can take advantage of “#summerhoursjapan” initiative to leave office at 3 pm. The company has recently decided to implement a similar intiative in winter time as well, responding to a call from employees. We’d like to actively continue making a transformation not only for our jobs but also for the way we work, always striving for a better work-life balance.
